Basic class

The DoubleD CrossFit Basic Course is offered only a few times a year and runs for three consecutive weeks, with classes held twice a week. When we’re planning a new Basic Course, we announce it on our social media, so be sure to follow us and stay tuned for updates!

In the meantime, everyone is welcome to join us for a free trial class at any time! Don’t worry if you’re new to CrossFit—our coaches are experienced in guiding athletes of all levels. The coach leading the class will make sure you receive the support and instruction you need to feel confident and safe throughout your workout.

Open Gym

Open gym is time we’ve set aside outside of regular class times for you to do whatever you’d like!

Here are some examples of what you might want to do:
– Practice your Olympic lifts
– Practice your Gymnastics
– Do the WOD
– Stretch/Mobility/Active recovery

Please note that there is no coaching during Open Gym. Someone will be around to make sure you’re safe, but any coaches present might be busy with other duties around the gym.
