Basic class
The DoubleD CrossFit Basic class is taught two-times a week for three consecutive weeks, on Tuesdays at 7:30pm and Saturdays at 9am.
The classes will cover the fundamentals, movements, terminology in CrossFit to prepare you for the regular classes (Workout of the day – WOD). These classes are a must if you are new to CrossFit.

Open Gym
Open gym is time we’ve set aside outside of regular class times for you to do whatever you’d like! Within reason of course. Here are some examples of what you might want to do:
– Practise your Olympic lifts
– Practice your Gymnastics
– Do the daily WOD
– Stretch/Mobility/Active recovery
The only catch is that there is no coaching during Open Gym. Someone will be around to make sure you’re safe, but any coaches present will be busy with other duties around the gym.
