Classes

Workout of the day (WOD)

Everyone is welcome to join us for a free trial class at any time! Don’t worry if you’re new to CrossFit – our coaches are experienced in guiding athletes of all levels.

The coach leading the class will make sure you receive the support and instruction you need to feel confident and safe throughout your workout.

Open Gym

Open gym are slots we’ve set aside outside of regular classes for you to do whatever you’d like:

– Practice your Olympic lifts
– Practice your Gymnastics
– Do the WOD
– Stretch/Mobility/Active recovery/Cardio

Please note that there is no coaching during Open Gym. Someone will be around to make sure you’re safe, but any coaches present might be busy with other duties around the gym.
